Ladd's Addition is a beautiful and unique area of Portland. It's Portland's oldest planned residential development, and one of the oldest in the western United States.

The neighborhood is known for its tall trees, large houses, rose gardens, and its diagonal street pattern, which is at odds with the grid of the surrounding area.
