The Richmond neighborhood is located in Southeast Portland. It is bordered by the Hosford-Abernethy, Sunnyside, Mt. Tabor, South Tabor, and Creston-Kenilworth neighborhoods. The Richmond area also falls within the Portland neighborhood popularly referred to as the "Hawthorne District".
